Responsibilities 具体职责：
      1、Understand the requirements that you are working to and ensure they are documented. 理解对所做工作的要求，并保证存档这些要求文件。
      2、Contribute to complete and effective engineering plans and schedules, including planning own activities. 参与制定完善和有效的工程计划和进度，包括计划自己的工作。
      3、Provide electronics engineering designs/deliverables that meet required specifications within project timescales and budgets, under the guidance of a more senior engineer when necessary. 需要时在资深的工程师指导下，提供满足项目进度和预算要求的电子工程设计/输出。
      4、Ensure that designs are properly verified according to engineering procedures. 保证其设计按照工程流程被充分验证。
      5、Inform others in the department and the relevant project team of progress. 向部门和相关项目组中的其他人通报进展情况。

      Authorities 岗位权力：
      1、To be able to create and check the technical product documentation. 创建和检查产品技术文件。

      Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies 相关知识， 技能和能力要求：
      1、Academic qualifications, for example, a degree in a relevant engineering discipline. 学历资格，如相关工程学科的学位证明等。
      2、At least 1 year working in a similar R and D environment. 至少具有1年以上相关研发工作经历。
      3、Ability to read relevant technical documents and write simple documents such as test plan and test report in English. 能用英文阅读相关技术资料和文档并能编写简单的文件，如试验计划和报告等。
      4、General knowledge of Regulatory & IEC Standards related to radiotherapy equipment. 了解放疗设备相关的法规和IEC标准。
      5、Relevant experience of working with CAD tools such as Protel, Mentor Graphics, Solid Edge, Solid Works. 使用计算机辅助设计工具的相关经历，如Protel, Mentor Graphics, Solid Edge, Solid Works等。
      6、Direct experience of regularly using an electronic Product Data Management system. 日常使用PDM系统的直接经历。
      7、Experience of PCB, Cable forms, High Power system design is desired. 期望具有PCB，线束和大功率系统的设计经验。
      8、Design FMEA. 设计的失效模式分析。
      9、Ability to organize and chair meetings. 能组织和主持会议。
      10、Familiar with procedures & processes related to PCP. 熟悉产品开发过程的流程和过程。
      11、Cost control awareness. 具有成本控制意识。
